Start by grilling your favorite chicken parts (preferably bone-in) over a charcoal or wood fire. (Grilling tip: start cooking directly over fire to sear, then move to indirect heat for the remainder). After about 20 minutes, apply a generous amount of Gordon's Pineapple Vinaigrette. You want some dressing to hit the fire, it seasons the meat as it smokes up. When finished, apply another coating of Gordon's and serve!
Start with your favorite shape of pasta, (we love fusilli for pasta salad!). Cook, drain, and run under cold water. Then add your favorite chopped veggies like bell pepper, celery, and tomatoes, cheese is optional. Add enough Gordon's Pineapple Vinaigrette to suit your taste. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour to marinate, then serve!
